| Imagine: Gymnast is a virtual career game aimed at tween and teen girls. Players take the role of an aspiring gymnast, who attends summer training program coached by 1996 balance beam Olympic Gold Medalist, Shannon Miller. Main activities include rhythmic gymnastics, floor exercises, and vault, along with routines on the uneven bars and balance beam. From the start, players can customize the look of their character and her teammates, and unlock new uniforms and equipment along the way. Players can also design their own rhythm gymnastics routine. The game is played in 12 chapters, culminating in an opportunity to compete in a virtual World Championship. When the game is run in a DSi handheld, users can capture images with the built-in camera and use them in designing a custom uniform. |
